Sending Your Watch Safely for Repair It has been our experience that the most secure way to send a watch is through the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS (United Parcel Service) with insurance for the full replacement value of your watch. Do not send any watch boxes with your watch. Simply wrap the watch and Contact Form in bubble wrap or other protective packaging and place into a sturdy shipping box. Print the Contact Form and send with your repair. Be sure to include ALL your contact information (Name, Address, Phone number(s), e-mail address, etc.) in the package.
